AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXECUTIVE
Job brief
We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization by driving vehicle sales, maintenance plans, and warranties.

As a Car Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include providing detailed information to customers about our diverse range of vehicles and their features.

You will engage with customers in a face-to-face setting, ensuring their needs are understood and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

By building strong customer relationships and leveraging your product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in maximizing vehicle and service plan sales for our organization.

 

Responsibilities
· Maintain a customer database and communicate with them

· Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed

· Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory

· Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets

· Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays

· Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.

· Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future

· Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.

· Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.

· Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.

· Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.

· Provides sales management information by completing reports.

Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as an automotive Sales Executive or similar role

· A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude

· The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong customer service and negotiation expertise

· Relevant training and/or certifications as an automotive Sales Executive

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· A persuasive personality

· Great networking skills
