Job Brief
Our Client, a major player in the Automobile Sector and Sales of Brand new Vehicles and Auto-maintenance, is looking for a goal driven and energetic Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities/Description
· Suggest suitable Automobile options that best suite clients’ needs
· Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through crosselling.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
· Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
· Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages and mails
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Job Requirement
HND/BSC in any field
2-3years experience as a Customer Service Executive
Proficiency in English
· Good knowledge of CRM
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies

Salary 70-100K
