Job Brief
We are looking for a reliable Assistant Facility Manager to assist the Facility Manager in overseeing all installation, repair, upkeep operations of the company’s facilities and also assist the Engr in charge of the maintenance of the house and estate. The right candidate must possess skills in reporting, budgeting, and multitasking as necessary.


Assist in the overall management and maintenance of the residential estate.
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including plumbers and technicians.
Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to residents’ inquiries and concerns regarding facility maintenance.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
Organize the office and assist the manager in daily site operations.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
Write and submit reports on power, maintenance and repairs carried out in the facility.
Liaising with all relevant regulatory bodies and utility providers to ensure business activities in the facilities is running effectively.
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Carry out proper price review, before selecting the best vendors/artisans.
Creating plans for replacements and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the building.
Develop a schedule for fumigation and excavation services in the facilities.
Develop a schedule for regular evaluation of equipment and services in the facilities.
Develop and execute a work schedule system for regular cleaning, security, gardening, parking, and general facility maintenance.
Investigating and resolving property and tenants complaints.

● Minimum of a HND /BSc in Management Science
● 4-5yrs Work experience as a hotel or Assistant Facility Manager is an added advantage.
● Strong leadership skills
● Good communication skills
● Flexible with work schedule; willingness to work after expected work hours.
