We’re a leading real estate company in Lagos, specializing in selling and marketing residential and commercial properties. We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a sales superstar to generate new business leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate New Business Leads:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
2. Build Relationships with Clients:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Drive Sales Growth:
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the real estate industry.
4. Conduct Property Viewings:
– Accompany clients on property viewings to showcase our properties.
– Provide detailed information about the properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
5. Negotiate Sales:
– Negotiate sales agreements with clients.
– Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
4. Certifications: Real Estate certification (e.g., REDS, NIESV) is an added advantage.
What We Offer:
– Salary: ₦150,000 per month (3-month probationary period)
– Target: Achieve a minimum sales target of ₦4,000,000 within the first 3 months of employment
