Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage our HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for HR and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Employee Onboarding:
– Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new employees.
– Ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed.
3. Benefits Administration:
– Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, pension, and other perks.
– Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations.
4. Employee Relations:
– Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
– Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolving employee complaints.
5. HR Administration:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Training and Development:
– Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
– Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training initiatives.
7. Performance Management:
– Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fintech or financial services company.
3. Certifications: CIPM, SHRM-CP, or other relevant HR certifications.
4. Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
