Job brief
We are looking for an Admin/Account . Officer with an experience in human resource to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
As an Admin/Account officer you will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records other responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.


    Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    Maintain and update company databases
    Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
    Process bank deposits
    Reconcile financial statements
    Prepare, send and store invoices
    Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
    Assist in performance management processes
    Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
    Submit tax forms
    Identify and address discrepancies
    Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
    Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
    Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    Answer queries by employees and clients
    Update office policies as needed
    Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    Book meeting rooms as required
    Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
    Arrange travel and accommodations
    Schedule in-house and external events.
    BSc degree in Administration, Accounting or any relevant field
    2-3 Proven work experience as an Admin/Account officer or similar role
    Solid knowledge of office procedures.
    Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
    Hands-on experience with accounting software
    Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
    Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errorsAttention to detail
    High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
    Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
    Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
    Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
