Our client, a major player in the Medical Sector, seek to recruit energetic, result-oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Social Media/Content / Digital Marketer.
*Cultivate an understanding of how all digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan
*Create original digital strategies and contents while managing paid media campaigns across a variety of channels including but not limited to display, paid search, earned media and socials
*Translate strategies into measurable and actionable goals
*Manage/monitor company’s day to day social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and owned properties ensuring that all content and deployment are aligned to the brand goal.
*Optimize campaigns – Google Ads, Facebook ads to ensure maximum reach and frequency at a reduced cost.
*Track, measure, and analyze performance of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, among others.
*Ensure high levels of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention are delivered against KPIs
*Execute projects with the team to create daily content
*Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content. campaigns
*Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
*Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
*Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
*Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
*Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
*Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
*Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana etc
*Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
*Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
*Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
*Undertake audience research
*Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
*Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
*Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Must have understanding of SEO
Must know how to handle a WordPress based website
Must have the depth of knowledge on how to draw traffic to a website
Must be social media savvy. Must understand Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram
