We seek to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Business Development Executive for our client. The Business Development Executive will capitalize on opportunities, formulate appropriate marketing and sales strategies for the expansion of the firm.
Job Summary/Responsibilities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualification/Experience
HND/BSC related/relevant field
2-4 years experience in Business Development/Sales
Skill/Competence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Must be goal oriented
