We are looking for a personal assistant to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as a personal or administration assistant in the past.

Responsibilities

Manage the executive’s or individual’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive or individual.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Assist in the coordination and planning of events, meetings, conferences, and business trips.
Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
.Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive or individual as needed.
Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the executive or individual.

Requirements:
OND in related field
1-2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and email.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor, with a positive and proactive attitude.
